What personal data do we collect and why we collect it

We hold no personal data (as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations) on this site apart from photographs uploaded by our members and vetted by the webmaster. These photographs may be downloaded by the public although we do make an effort to stop that.

How long do we retain your data

Enquiry  and event data is held by us for statistical purposes for a maximum of 12 months only and to allow us to contact you. The data is then destroyed.
